Our Story

Carepro Disability Services started with a simple goal to provide the kind of support we’d want for our own loved ones. Support that’s reliable, flexible, and built around real people, not systems. Everyone’s got their own way of doing things, the support people receive needs to fit into real life, not just a plan. We’re not about ticking boxes or following a script. We’re here to make sure people feel seen, heard, and supported in a way that makes sense for them.

Mohamed Sharif

Founder / Director
With over a decade in service management, Mohamed Sharif, Founder and CFO of Carepro Disability Service, holds a Business degree in Finance and Accounting and a Project Management diploma. As an ATMA member, he oversees finance and strategy, working closely with the Operations Team..

Gemma Martin

Operations Lead
With years of experience in the disability sector, Gemma leads Operations at Carepro Disability Services' Perth branch, working closely with the Director. Her role combines practical experience, stakeholder relationship-building, and NDIS expertise, making her vital to client support and business success.

Tammey Dancer

Client Success Lead
With 10+ years in the disability sector, Tammey leads Client Success at Carepro Disability Services. Starting as a support worker, she advanced to Support Coordinator and now champions client outcomes. Her person-centered approach ensures respectful, empowering NDIS support.

Jeanette McKinnon

Resource Coordinator
Jeanette brings over 20 years of experience in the disability sector, with a strong background in scheduling and coordinating supports. She expertly manages rostering changes and enquiries, ensuring the right support is in place at the right time. Jeanette’s attention to detail and deep understanding of the sector help keep our services running efficiently and consistently for both participants and our team of support workers.

Nasra Ma’allin

Service Coordinator
With a BA in Psychology and seven years of experience in the NDIS Sector, Nasra is a dedicated Service Coordinator at Carepro. Her personalised approach helps individuals and families build skills, gain independence, and achieve meaningful goals, supporting each person’s unique potential.

Curtis Menasse

Service Coordinator
With nearly 10 years in government, community, and disability sectors, Curtis is Carepro's Service Coordinator. A former support worker, team leader, and Recovery Coach, he’s skilled in service compliance and client support, driven by a passion for community and mental health.

Kelsea Martin

Administration Assistant
Kelsea Martin, Carepro's new Administration Assistant and Recruitment Officer, brings enthusiasm and a Certificate III in Business. Her attention to detail and proactive approach have made a strong impact, contributing to our mission with professionalism and efficiency.
