NDIS Mental Health Support & Services
Carepro Disability Services recognises the impact living with a mental health condition can have on ones life.
Psychosocial disability is a term used to describe a disability that may arise from a mental health issue. Not everyone who has a mental health condition will have a psychosocial disability, but for people who do, it can be severe, longstanding and impact on their recovery.
Carepro Disability Services can work collaboratively with participants, their families, carers, recovery coaches and other services to design, plan and implement a recovery plan that suits you. We are here to work with you to find your path in life and can assist by implementing support services to help you through your journey to recovery.
Plans are flexible to meet your changing needs. We will listen to you and the people who are important to you, and work through it step by step alongside you.
