Our in-home nursing and complex care services are available for those who have more specialised health needs. Our team has extensive experience in complex care, disability related health needs, and condition management. These supports are guided by our Registered Nurses, who work closely with you, your family, and your support workers to make sure everything is done safely and with respect. Whether it’s help with catheter care, epilepsy , diabetes, peg feeding, or other complex needs, we’re here to make sure you’re supported in a way that works best for you.

Our High Intensity / Complex Care Support Services
Complex bowel care
Our team of nurses can create specific care plans for complex bowel care, and will train and sign off your support workers to perform the required procedures safely and confidently.
Transition from hospital to home
Our Hospital to Home Transition Support helps make the move from hospital to home smoother and less stressful. We provide personalised assistance with daily care needs, in-home nursing support, and mental health care, as well as guidance to access allied health professionals such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and speech therapists.
Peg feeding and Dysphagia Management
Our nurses are experienced in managing dysphagia and PEG feeding, and will create specific care plans in collaboration with your broader allied health team. They’ll also train your staff to follow these plans safely and effectively.
Tracheostomy management
Our skilled team provides dependable tracheostomy care along with education and training to help you and your support staff feel confident in managing care.
Urinary catheter management
Our nurses work closely with your broader allied health team to develop tailored catheter care plans and provide staff with the training they need to deliver safe, effective catheter and bladder care.
Subcutaneous injections and diabetes management
Our team can support you with diabetes management by creating personalised care plans and providing staff training in diabetes education and subcutaneous injections.
Complex wound care
Our nurses provide advanced wound care management and education to prevent wounds and reduce the risk of infection.
Epilepsy and seizure management
Our team offers assistance with epilepsy and seizure management, providing personalised care plans and training to ensure you and your support staff know how to respond safely and effectively.
Palliative care

Stoma management

Ventilator management
