From the moment you meet with Carepro Disability Services, you’ll be assigned a dedicated case manager. This person will be your main point of contact and will support you throughout your entire journey with us. We will carefully match you with the right support worker who shares your interests and understands what you want to do and why. We’re here to support and encourage you every step of the way. We’ll help you build the skills and confidence you need to do the things you want, at your own pace. It’s all about you!
