Sebastian’s Story

Thanks to Carepro, I’m living independently and building a future I believe in.

My name is Sebastian. I’ve been with Carepro Disability Services for about a year now, and the support I’ve received has made a real difference in my life. Before joining Carepro, I found myself needing help to manage everyday tasks and live more independently. Today, I’m proud to say I’m living in my own unit with the right support around me.

I have three amazing support workers from Carepro who help me with everything from appointments to community activities. It’s not just about the care—it’s the trust and connection we’ve built. They know me well, and I feel like I can count on them no matter what. I know that if I ever need someone or something changes in my routine, they’ll show up and have my back.

One of the biggest changes has been having my own space. I’m really happy to have my own place now. It’s quiet, it’s comfortable, and it gives me the freedom to do things for myself. I still get help with certain things, but I also get to decide how I want to live my life. That means a lot to me.

Carepro has helped me find the balance between support and independence. I’m able to live my life the way I want, with the confidence that I’m supported by people who genuinely care. And that’s made all the difference.
